Our Infastructure

We have state of the art cold dip structure galvanising plant wherein we galvanise structures ranging from 12mm in width to upto 150mm. The plant is eco friendly in nature with minimal waste generation and a fully equipped effluent treatment process in place.

We have also set up a high speed production line for manufacturing of Rolling Shutter Strips,Guide and Springs wherein we assure that our customers requirements are fulfilled well within time and with the desired quality.

Our History

SKY METALIKS is an initiative from the house of Ganesh Iron And Steel which has been a landmark in structure steel trading business for more then 65 years and has the best possible business relations with all the leading players in iron and steel player in West Bengal.

Quality Assurance

Passivation : Galvanized steel manufactured at our plant goes through a complete passivation process in order to prohibit the formation of excessive zinc oxides and zinc hydroxides in the first several weeks after the galvanizing process.

Heat Treatment: All our Galvanised Structure is passed through a infrared heat treatment drying process which ensures that there are no cracks in the zinc deposition and maximum longevity is achieved
